Shipping Policy
Domestic - We ship using NZ Post. There is an extra charge for rural.
Standard shipping is $5, Rural is $9.
Free standard shipping over $50.
Free rural shipping over $80.
Pick Up -If you would like to pick up from Whitby, Porirua, please select this option at checkout
International - We ship using a non tracked service which aims for a 2 week delivery time. This could be longer due to the current delivery issues. If you have a set date you need your order by, please Contact Us for your options.
Order Times
Some products will be ready to send and others are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for make time and postage.
You will be notified when your order has been sent.
If you require a shorter time frame please Contact Us and we can let you know what is ready to send or what can be made up quickly.
You can make a note at check out for when you need your order to make sure you receive it on time. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
Return & Exchange Policy
